One or two meetings with the people who do the work every day. We decide together what to build first.

2. Prototype

Within a few weeks, a working version with real data. Try it, adjust it.

3. Production

Small, frequent releases, monitoring, backups. You use it while we improve it.

4. You own the code

Your repository, no lock-in. We stay available for evolutions and support if you want.

How it is made

Python backend with Frappe (the same framework as ERPNext), Nuxt and Vue frontend, MariaDB database, Redis job queues. Hosted on Frappe Cloud and Heroku. Claude models by Anthropic where artificial intelligence really helps.
